    In the previous episodes, we discuss having self-care and motivation is important to feeling inspired in life and doing your best in every area! I think it is equally important to find solace and tranquility in your body, mind and spirit after long, hard days. Meditation is a great way to relax and unwind or to bring focus and energy to your life. 

    In today's episode I thought we could take the time that we'd discuss any topic and instead do a guided meditation together. Tune in, get your headphones in, get out your yoga mat and follow along. The point of this is just to relax and enjoy a nice 5 minute meditation. Let me relax you today :)

    Participating in guided meditations

    Saying (out loud) affirmations such as 'I Am Happy, I Am Light, I Am Powerful, I Am Healthy, I Feel Peaceful'

    Taking a nap

    Spending quality time with a significant person

    Listening to music
