日本ではテレビや新聞で人の名前と一緒にその人の年齢（ねんれい）も表示（ひょうじ）されます。」
そのことについて、考えました。それからどうして日本では年齢という数字が大事なのか、どうして年齢を気にする人が多いのか気になったのでこのことについて話してみました。
In Japan, on TV and in newspapers, people's ages are often displayed along with their names. I thought about this and wondered why age is important in Japan, and why many people are concerned about it. So, I chose this topic.
