Habits are all about identifying the trigger the routine and reward. If you take a broad overview of these and identify your behaviors and identify the cue, habit, and reward you get from that habit. Keep the same cue and reward from that habit, just change the habit and do it over a period of time and that new habit will eventually take over the old one
