Best Property Podcast in NZ

Thanks Ed and Andrew for the daily insights on property investing. I started to listen to the podcast since February 2020. Since then, my wife and I have managed to expand our portfolio from 2 to 8 in a matter of 18 months. All we did was listen everyday, take notes, did supplement reading, research further and take action. We are big fans of your property cycle graph wherein our latest purchases have been influenced by undervalued regions (and yes, we’ve managed to join the Rolleston bandwagon). Pretty much we have executed what you preach in the podcast, the ROI spreadsheet, serviceability and UMI, split banking, non-banks and the psychology of property investing. Keep up the good work. We’re excited to further grow our portfolio in 2022.

P.S. Ed, can you do a deep dive on your old hometown of Hawera and the South Taranaki region? I was supposed to ask you this when I briefly bumped into you at Chch airport but you were in a hurry for a flight.

Addiction

Listeners beware!
6 months ago I decided to dabble with this daily podcast and I’m now addicted, fiending for my next hit of Opes like an Aucklander waiting for the boundary restrictions to relax.
They get you locked in with the 10-15 min daily dose of two charismatic and informative blokes, Ed and Andrew, and slowly it becomes all consuming when they link their YouTube channel or monthly video conference. Outstanding show which explores listener queries and looks at concepts from multiple angles - very open minded!
10/10 would recommend to a property investment junkie.
