10 Things that upset this responsible adult
Episode 10! Wow how has it been 10 weeks of podcasts - crazy! This episode is a funny don’t-take-it-too-seriously look at some of the things that as a responsible adult really wind me up! If you agree, give me a little high five in the DMs, because if we all agree then I feel there are strongly worded letters we could write! Enjoy!

Guest Episode: Alison and her IVF Journey
This is an extremely exciting and powerful episode for me. As someone who is approaching 30, talking fertility, sex and pregnancy are subjects I feel are incredibly important to both talk about and be able to support each other with. Today's guest; my dear friend Alison, has given me the honour of talking about her IVF journey in an honest and friendly chat about her and husband Simon's journey into parenthood.
As with all subjects surrounding very personal topics like pregnancy, fertility and relationships, I want to approach this with care and so for some people this could be a triggering episode. Whilst Alison's journey was as she called it 'pretty simple', I know for some people this may not be the case and If you're struggling with fertility issues, whilst this is a very positive episode discussing the process, the challenges and Alison and Simon's happy news, this might not be the right time for you to listen.
If you do need support, please do reach out to a friend, family or organisations like the Fertility Foundation: https://fertilityfoundation.org/ who do incredible work. You aren't alone and you are supported and loved in your journey. -
