Kyshawn George won't be of help either as he is keeping his name in the 2024 NBA draft, putting the 'Canes in a tough spot as they look to compete in the ACC.

RJ Davis is reportedly set to return to Chapel Hill to play for Hubert Davis and the North Carolina Tar Heels for a fifth year, is he now the favorite to win college basketball's National Player of the Year Award? Kentucky has now lost every scholarship-level player from last season’s roster (and lost all but one of the incoming freshmen). Mark Pope has a long, uphill climb ahead of him, but should be able to navigate. Can he get anyone to stay in Lexington? Adou Thiero? Can he convince anyone to come with him from BYU to Kentucky?

Duke is in a similar boat although they retained two returners – Tyrese Proctor and Caleb Foster. How will Jon Scheyer utilize the portal…or rather: build around Cooper Flagg?

The College Basketball offseason is still in its early stages, but that doesn't mean it's too early to take a look at a top 25 projection for the upcoming season.
