Mess manager walks through the hostel Anju

The mess manager walked through the hostel looking at the status of the corridors and the cleanliness. She found housekeeping staff relaxing with coffee. She asked them to buck up and clean. This was not taken well by the housekeepers. Complaints about the mess manager went to the General secretary of the hostel. How everyone managed is described here.
