Fresh from winning a 2024 Pulitzer Prize for her contributions to a landmark Washington Post investigation examining the AR-15 — “a lethal weapon with a singular hold on a polarized nation” — Silvia Foster-Frau stopped by our studio to talk with Elaine Ayala about the series that included revisiting an old story: the aftermath of the 2017 mass shooting at a Sutherland Springs church, which Foster-Frau covered for the Express-News.
