    Welcome to the Podcast !

    Welcome to the Podcast !

Hey Everyone welcome to the One Body Infinite Expectations Podcast.

I’m Justine Ayala and I’m a health coach and personal trainer based in NYC where health and fitness facilities are on every corner .

Every week I’ll be speaking with badass women who’s lives revolve around health and fitness whether its because it IS their job or their life demands a certain level of physical fitness either actual or artificial.
We’ll tackle topics such as the different ways our bodies sometimes rebel against the happy healthy lives we are trying to live or how we treat or should be treating our bodies pre and post workout or how we keep track of the 101 fad diets we’ve all tried and failed to maintain.

At least once a month ill be joined by Kait Gardiner of Gardiner Wholistics who , in my opinion is NYC’s best massage therapist, and she’ll be giving us her perspective on the importance of taking care of our bodies pre and post workout. She has definitely had to undo a lot of damage that ive done to my poor poor body both being a dancer and a fitness instructor who teaches 25 classes a week.

At the end of every episode I will answer listener questions about all things health and fitness !
