Our guest is Coach Willette White. Her coaching career spans 36 years, 26 years at Power 5 Universities.  She has served the student athlete as an assistant coach, associate head coach, head coach and director of admin and operations. 
We discuss her new program "Next Step" ,  a transitional coaching program that addresses the challenges, needs and adjustments student athletes have while they transition from high school student/athlete/life to college student/athlete/life.

Cal Berkeley Bears assistant Coach April Philips expounds on her soon to be released book, "The Recruiting Blueprint" ( 6 Steps to Navigate Your Recruiting Process).  Before Cal Berkeley, Coach Phillips helped University of Arizona in 2018-2019 to a WNIT Championship.   Coach Phillips spent three seasons at LMU as an assistant and associate head coach her last year.  She was named to the WBCA Thirty under 30 in 2017 and 2018.  She won two Atlantic conference titles while a member of the Xavier Musketeers and made it to an Elite Eight appearance in 2010.

Coach Davis sits down with us a talks about what he has seen change over the past 20 years in club basketball, what he looks for in recruits and advise to seniors still looking to be recruited while our country deals with a world wide pandemic. 

Mai-Loni Henson, 2020 graduate of University of Washington Huskies, #69 player in the country coming out of high school. Henson played for powerhouse high school program LaJolla Country Day, where she was teammates with NCAA all-time leading scorer, Kelsey Plum. She was a California 1st team All-State player. She played for the Washington Huskies who won 29 games and made the Sweet 16 following a Final Four appearance the year before. May-Loni has some great nuggets for young players dealing with adversity and getting ready for college. Currently she is preparing to play professional basketball overseas. 

Jess Finney is a long, versatile guard/perimeter player, one of the top recruits coming out of Arizona. She recently verbally committed to the University of Washington. 
Jess talks about her game, the challenges she faced this year in high school when her teammate (Boise State commit), Anna Ostlie went down with a season ending injury and why she chose Washington. 

Stedman is a highly recruited guard out of Arizona. She is an extremely hard worker, competitive and is a great teammate. She has fun playing the sport she loves and wants to continue playing at the collegiate level.
