It’s June. Gay pride month. Time to let love be free. Love who you love. Sing it out loud and Proud. This is a month that should be dedicated to love acceptance and joy.

Been having a crazy time lately. I sprained my ankle. Stepped on a glue trap with my good foot. Went dancing by sitting in a chair. And now I’m thinking about Father’s Day. And pasta puttanesca.

Has someone done a wonderful job for you and you didn’t properly show appreciation? Do you know how it feels to be unappreciated? Did you appreciate your mother? Did you tip your waiter? People deserve to be appreciated. And so do you. Make some vegan tacos too.
