Finally this AM (and week!), we check in, as we customarily do, with our "Movie Guy," Mike Mayo, of Mike-Mayo.com.  John, Mike, and Producer Dan discuss the movies Hit Man, Bernie, and the all-time classic Chinatown, celebrating its 50th anniversary this week.  

"It's Friday. . . ."(*)  Because it's Friday, we check in with Lythos Studios' Clay Hamner, who tells John what folks can do for fun in and around, well, the Commonwealth of Virginia this hot-hot-hot weekend!

Next up, in our 7:30 half hour, we check in with friend of the show, Mark Tapscott, Senior Congressional Reporter for The Epoch Times.  John and Mark discuss the contentious 5th-District GOP Primary between John McGuire and Bob Good, as well as the upcoming Presidential Debate next week on CNN.

Happy Friday, fam!  First up this morning is Kayla Ferguson, Co-Founder of the organization entitled VMSDEP Friends.  (Recall that "VMSDEP" is the acronym for Virginia Military Survivors & Dependents Education Program).  In the wake of State Senator Louise Lucas' refusal to reconsider funding for the program, Kayla talks to John about it and what VMSDEP advocates can do at this point.

As today is Thursday, we next hear from former Virginia Governor and Ambassador to Europe Jim Gilmore -- who talks to John about this week's primary voting results, the alliance between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un in the war against Ukraine, and the mounting threats to the West generally.

Atop the 8 o'clock hour, we check in with good friend of the show, Tim Murtaugh!  Tim, who of course served as President Trump's 2020 Communications Director, talks to John about the state of 2024 campaigns, post primaries, and looks ahead to next week's CNN debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
