Although, we receive a new identity in Christ we do go through moments of discouragement. Furthermore, it is important to remind ourselves that we have purpose. That we will succeed in every area of our lives. When we fall we must always pick ourselves back up. 

It is extremely important to realize that not everyone is out to see you succeed. Some people are in your circle to damage you. Consequently, we must disconnect from those people who hinder our growth. It is not easy. However, it is necessary.

As hardworking individuals it is extremely easy to become too busy. However, I find that it is necessary to prioritize. That we must keep our minds focused on what really matters the most. 

As a pastor's daughter myself I have noticed that there is so much expected of us. From strangers, family members and church members. I want to have a discussion with other pastor's kids about the experiences we have as an extension of the leadership. We will be talking about stereotypes, the pros and cons of being a pastor's kid and so much more on this Thursday night at 8:30pm. 

We are all going to uncertain right now. However, we must remain hopeful, prayerful and faithful. Although our eyes may not see what we want to see. God still has a plan for you and me. 

I have seen so many times , people who are ashamed to know Christ. Consequently, they only acknowledge him when it serves themselves. It is extremely important to know that if we do not acknowledge Christ in our lives we place ourselves into the hands of an angry God. That if we disown Christ like Peter or like Judas we will also be disowned by God.
