    Financially on the same page

An honest and open look at how cash management works for us behind closed doors.  As we are two financial advisers – you’d think we are perfect… but that is not always the case as opposites often attract.

Money personalities come into play, often there is a spender and a saver, one who pays the bills and one who doesn’t check the bank balance – the key is finding common ground.  In this episode, we share some practical tips from 20 years of experience and heated arguments.  It’s safe to say we understand each other, and our differences.  But, you don’t have to be in a long-term relationship to be clear about the financial future you want.

    Enjoy,

Breaking down 'Strategy' - a must listen for all business owners

Breaking down 'Strategy' - a must listen for all business owners

This episode drives home the importance of helicoptering up on our businesses and life to make sure we are focusing on the right areas, which ultimately give us the biggest wins, so we can spend more time with our family and grow our bottom line.  Michelle reminds us that 'complexity is the enemy of execution' so simplifying is key!

During the recording, my neck was sore from nodding and hanging on to every insight she eloquently shared, and there could be a world record broken for me saying '100%' agree.  If you are self-employed this is a MUST to listen to - you can thank me later!

Why start at Podcast in 2022?

Here's a very quick overview of who I am and why I thought you might like to stay and have a wee listen.

Welcome.  As a practicing  Financial Adviser, business owner, consumer of ‘all things’ money, and not so shy of a microphone... I thought about all the wonderful, smart folks that I have access to.  If you choose to tune in and listen, my greatest hope is that you will pick up some little gold nugget that you can implement in your own financial life.  There will be two formats,  a ‘quick chat’ is a 5 to 10 min episode focused on education and the longer format is where I have conversations with guests from up and down the country from a variety of backgrounds.
