Excellent pod cast - the police should be ashamed
So incredibly sad for all involved the police have tragically let Lachie and this family down. It’s unbelievable the incompetence of the police and utter disregard of making sure all circumstances we’re investigated for Lachie.

All I can say is thank goodness you were down there and relented to investigate this terrible case . This is tragic and to think it would never have been investigated . Thank you . I cry every morning listerning ❤️🙏
Just keeps getting better
The second season of The Boy in The Water offers an unfettered view into the murky world of small-town New Zealand. The characters, the motives, and a place familiar to almost anywhere in the world; Where something as critical as a police investigation into the drowning of a child, can be clouded by family alliances, drug deals, and a drive for police to remain in control of the narrative, whatever the cost. A+ from me.
