Dave Chang has a few questions. Besides being the chef of the Momofuku restaurants and the creator and host of Netflix’s 'Ugly Delicious,' Dave is an avid student and fan of sports, music, art, film, and, of course, food. In ranging conversations that cover everything from the creative process to his guest’s guiltiest pleasures, Dave and a rotating cast of smart, thought-provoking guests talk about their inspirations, failures, successes, fame, and identities.

The pair then turn to pitching a “perfect game” in Copenhagen, as Dave runs down some of his favorite restaurants in the city. I would give a 10 if I could
Hello from New Zealand,
It is such a pleasure to listen to your podcast, specially the My Opinion is Fact. Always been a big fan of what you do Dave and always been an inspiration. I discovered your podcast not long ago and when I have a long or rough day, I love to listen to it in the kitchen. I work as a sous chef and some days feel very intense and hearing you guys laughing or just giving your opinion on food or a topic is changing my mood to the best. Thank you
By the way I wish I can rate you guys a 10 stars.

Spoons as a tool in the kitchen, are underrated.
My partner and I thought of this as we were making dinner after a day long hike. Scoop, stir, pick-up, smash, quenelle, cut. Anyway just wanted to contribute to your conversations, and not accidentally say something Isaac-like. Best podcast! We’ve been binging while driving around New Zealand. As an Asian-Canadian I relate so much to all the conversations and it’s so refreshing to have that in mainstream media. Can’t give you guys enough praise. THANK YOU DAVE 🤟🏼
5 stars from NZ
This podcast makes me think, makes me uncomfortable in my cosy, white middle-aged privilege and makes me laugh a lot - I don’t mind whether Dave’s feeling like a rant, feeling Tiggerish and playful or just plain angry; I just enjoy the thought-provoking and entertaining content. A fascinating window on the world of cuisine and hospitality too, which sounds not unlike the world of advertising which I came from. Consistently top quality podcasting.
