We're back! Returning after a bit of time off as Ben and Nicky enjoyed the sights, sounds and atmosphere of the Rugby World Cup. In fact, Nicky is still in Japan, while Ben is shaking off a hangover after the Springboks win over England in the final. The team wrap up the World Cup, and Nicky tells us a story about her Japanese breakfast. Ben also names and shames an England rugby great as a "goose".

Ben is back from Japan, after enjoying the hospitality of the Rugby World Cup's beer sponsors. Nicky is leaving for Japan in a week, and the pair debate who looks likely to win the tournament from here. Craig was gutted to see his beloved Raiders lose to the Roosters, but for once the entire team agrees that Canberra was dudded in the NRL Grand Final. However, Nicky and Ben don't agree on the merits of Ultimate Fighting.

Look, we all know Russia and Uruguay are no chance of winning the Rugby World Cup. But what about Australia? France? Argentina? Do Ireland deserve their lofty status? And Wales? Nicky and Ben think there are really only three teams capable of doing it this time. Also, we talk NRL finals, and Craig gets the chance to talk about his beloved Raiders and their upset win over the Storm. What a time to be alive.

How good is Aussie batsman Steve Smith? So good that Nicky has to admit that for an Australian, he goes alright. The All Blacks were also good against Tonga, but how good were they really? Craig thinks the Wallabies will do well at the Rugby World Cup, but Ben disagrees. And in a rare showing of the ANZAC spirit, Ben and Nick agree with both their Goose and Great this week.

England's amazing Ashes performance was brilliant and unexpected... but can the Aussies bounce back? Plus in the wake of the Black Caps second Test victory over Sri Lanka, Nicky is finding it hard to get enthused about the World Test Championship.
