Menopause

Love this pod cast after nearly 5 years of suffering with peri menopause and now menopause symptoms this one episode has finally explained in an easily understandable way what the hell has been going on with my body and my weight. But as well as explaining it in simple easy to understand language , Kim gives you practical advice on how to help yourself.

The lady to listen to!

I’ve followed and listened to Kim for quite a while now about all things fitness, diet, unschooling and business. If you want to learn how to do something look to someone who has already done it and done it spectacularly - and that is Kim. She speaks the hard truth, but speaks from the heart with a lot of wonderful stories along the way. Listen to this amazing lady! And even though her slogan is "Nobody cares, work harder" I suspect she does care, and more than just a little bit... 💖💖💖
