The VeXed Men is a comic book podcast that truly believes comics are for everybody. We love DC and Marvel, sometimes, but there are so many other options out there, and we try and talk about as much as possible. Instead of precapping new releases, we discuss first issues of titles, highlight graphic novels coming out by smaller presses, and go in depth on artists, writers, and runs of titles. We also tackle social issues tied into the current comic climate.
Whenever possible, we invite on a guest or two to talk about our weekly subject because while we both enjoy being white guys in our thirties, there are so many other voices and audiences for comics, and their opinions also need to be heard.
We might also skew a bit adult sometimes. So if you don't enjoy salty language, this might not be for you.

Volume 2, Issue #5 VeXed Girl & Devil Podcaster
Anthony, Austin, and Adam ponder why Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur isn't as popular as Unbeatable Squirrel Girl or Ms Marvel. The series is hugely funny, well drawn, and, along with Ms Marvel, is one of the few books about The Inhumans that we like.

To celebrate the release of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's "Tales From The Darkside" we dissect their previous collaboration, "Locke & Key". In celebration of the release of the first issue of Lumberjanes/Gotham Academy, Anthony, Austin, and Adam talk about their favorite and least favorite cross-publisher crossovers. Plus, we tear down DC's new Rebirth, and discuss some less frustrating first issues.
2:00 - We may not fall into the demographic for Lumberjanes & Gotham Academy, but we think it's a very successful crossover, and are glad it exists.
