Happy New Year. I just want to wish you a blessed, healthy and a peaceful year. With that being said I want to begin this year talking about something that is really important in my life, My Faith!

So since "Selfcare" is kinda trendy now, I thought I should talk about it and air my opinions.

Most of us fall victim to this. Either we stereotype others or they stereotype us. So let's talk about it.

There is just too much pressure in life on how to get into the next thing or next goal. Sometimes we put these in ourselves and sometimes we get them from other people. I am here to streer up a conversation on how we should not let the present pass us by!

The Bible is the most important book to me in my life. It's the word of God. It took me a long time but I love the journey that I am in with learning how to understand it.
