We talk about how to embody love and live a more loving life by manifesting it with this week's affirmation: "Love surrounds me and everything around me. I deserve to receive the love I get, I open my heart to the love the Universe gives me, and I give love effortlessly in return." By living a life with love as our highest principle we open the doors to creating change not just within our lives, but in the world.

Back from my short hiatus! In this episode I reflect on the 6 most valuable lessons I learned in my journey towards healing in 2019. By adding these lessons to my toolbox and applying in day-to-day interactions and routines, the levels of stress and anxiety I used to experience almost completely disappeared.
