I'm loving the podcast so far (I don't think that will change to be honest); Brock is making a great job by bringing new topics week in week out, and staying up to date with fitness and health trends; I check my podcast app each Monday to see what the show has to offer, and I definitely would recommend, especially to those new to the fitness world, as the host keeps the language simple and entertaining.
