“Diamonds in the Rough” // Caleb Punt
Sometimes Scripture presents us with passages that are challenging, unsettling, or even downright offensive. But while it can be tempting for us to simply ignore or avoid those kinds of passages, a closer look can often yield beautiful and important insights about the heart of God. In today’s sermon, we’ll explore one such passage in which a message about God’s judgment offers an extraordinary glimpse of the depth of God’s love.

“Inviting Matters” // Daniel Childs
At Kindred, we’re proud to be an inclusive church. But if we’re not careful, the way we do inclusivity can start to fall short of the way Jesus does inclusivity. So in today’s sermon, we’ll explore one particular way Jesus is inclusive and we’ll consider how we can follow his example. Because people around us don’t just need us to be inclusive, they need us to be inclusive like Jesus.

“Serving Matters” // Charlie Baber
In our consumeristic culture, we’re often led to believe that we’ll find fulfillment by focusing squarely on ourselves: our own wants, our own desires, our own pleasures and achievements. But Jesus exposes this as a lie. Self-centeredness just leaves us ever more empty. In today’s sermon, we’ll see that Jesus calls his church to be a community of service, where individuals shift their focus away from themselves and toward each other. Because not only does service benefit others, it leads us into true, abundant life.
