    So today we honor all the seasons of our friendships,

    Respecting them all,

    No matter how long they lasted,

    Or how they ended or evolved.

    No matter what they look like now,

    Compared to what we wish they were.  

    There is beauty in every kind of friendship. 

    And none of them are alike. 

    You change.

    They change.

    The friendship changes. 

    And it’s all good. 

    Even friendships that have ended in pain,

    Have experiences and lessons to share.

    Drop your shoulders, mama,

    And release the remains of the day.

    The littles are finally sleeping,

    It’s your turn to exhale it away.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Your mind may be spinning,

    With all that’s left to do.

    But your body’s simply wanting,

    To deeply relax and renew. 

    PAUSE…

    This job that you are doing,

    Of caring for someone so young,

    Stretches you in every way,

    Often unseen and unsung.

    PAUSE…

    It’s okay if you lost it, 

    It’s okay if you messed up. 

    Surrender yourself to sleep now, 

    And let deep rest fill your cup. 

    PAUSE…

    Breathe in deeply,

    And feel everything clear. 

    Breathe out fully,

    Let it all disappear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Fill your lungs with oxygen,

    As you breathe in real deep.

    Let it clear away the heaviness,

    And gently lull you to sleep. 

    PAUSE…

    You hold so much upon you,

    And expect so much of yourself.

    So extract all that troubles you,

    And set it aside on the shelf. 

    PAUSE…

    All those worries are pointless,

    They don’t exist in the now. 

    All those fears that drive them,

    You don’t have to allow. 

    PAUSE…

    So breathe in peace and breathe out stress,

    Let the slow rhythm calm. 

    There’s nothing for you to hold tonight,

    You’re so much more than mom. 

    PAUSE…

    Breathe in deeply,

    And feel everything clear. 

    Breathe out fully,

    Let it all disappear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    The kids are down and so are you,

    Let love float all through the night. 

    May it replenish and rejuvenate,

    So you’ll wake with peaceful delight.

    Your money mindset is your core beliefs about money and your attitude towards it. It influences how you save, spend, manage debt and how you make money. 

    Becoming aware of our money mindset can be incredibly powerful in releasing anything that is blocking us from a healthy relationship with money, and allowing money to flow freely to and from us, as the amazing energy exchange that it is. 

    So close your eyes,

    And settle into comfort. 

    PAUSE…

    Imagine your body softening and relaxing,

    From the top of your head,

    To your face,

    Down your shoulders,

    Through your chest,

    Down your arms,

    Into your belly,

    And cascading down each leg. 

    Relax…

    LONG PAUSE…

    Take this moment to think about your relationship with money.

    Have you been told there’s never enough? 

    Have you been told too much of it makes you a bad person? 

    Do you avoid managing it?

    Do you chase after it? 

    Allow yourself to observe, rather than judge what comes up for the next little bit.

    LONG PAUSE…

    Now, as you sit here in this moment, 

    See if you can imagine how you desire your relationship with money to be,

    A life where money holds no power, but rather is simply an energetic exchange,

    That you flow with easily.

    Shifting our money mindset,

    Allows us to invite true abundance into our lives.

    The more you listen, 

    The louder it gets.

    The more you trust,

    The clearer you see. 

    The more you follow,

    The greater your confidence.

    The stronger she gets,

    Walking through this life supported,

    Connected,

    And free. 

    So take a deep breath in,

    All the way from the bottom of your spine,

    Up to the top of your head,

    Collecting everything inside.

    And then breath out,

    Releasing it all,

    And letting it soften and relax you.

    Lower your shoulders,

    Open your chest,

    And soften your belly.

    Let your arms and legs get heavy,

    And melt.

    Let your face soften,

    And your neck relax.

    We strengthen by repetition. 

    Doing things over and over again,

    So we can get better and better each time.

    So imagine your intuition growing and expanding,

    Becoming stronger every time you tap into her,

    Every time you follow her.

    And know you’re okay.

    The night is here upon you,

    Ready to take you away.

    I know your shoulders are weak,

    From carrying so much.

    I know there’s refuge you seek,

    In the night’s healing touch.

    PAUSE…

    Those grains of sand of tasks,

    Seem like no big deal.

    But as they pile up,

    Their weight feels like steel.

    But if you just breathe,

    And escape the storms in your mind.

    Those details will fade away,

    And allow you to realign. 

    So focus on your body,

    Your face, your arms, your chest. 

    Let your legs get heavy now,

    So all of you can rest.

    Surf the gentle waves,

    Of air going in and out.

    Expanding your belly,

    Calming you throughout.

    Now if you are open,

    To the wisdom waiting for you.

    You’ll hear its whispers,

    Prioritizing your view.

    Soon you will see,

    The importance of those tasks dissolve.

    Your health and your people,

    Shine with loving resolve.

    Gratitude pours in,

    For all you have that’s good.

    Gratitude clears out,

    The stress of all the shoulds.
