Spiritual development does not happen over night just because you decided to all of a sudden get in i say this with conviction that your spiritual life depends upon the effort you put into it. It takes time, not minutes only... Work diligently in your spiritual life and pray to God and the Saints for guidance!

July 2nd is a major Feast Day in the Orthodox Christian Community. It is a major feast day where we celebrate the repose of Saint John of Shanghai and San Francisco, 55 years ago today July 2nd 2021, Saint John of Shanghai and San Francisco surrendered his soul to the Lord. On the 55th year, anniversary of his repose, Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan traveled to our Mission Church in Lewisburg and with him he brought the Kursk Root Icon. How blessed we all were to have been able to attend services lead by Bishop Nicholas on this major feast day and of Manhattan and Father George of Lewisburg. Glory to God for all Things! Vladyka John pray to God for us, Most Holy Mother if God Save us!

Christ is Risen! This was an impromptu message I wanted to share with you all about discernment in tines if transition and Knowing when God is calling you to move in your life for his will... We pray to God for change in our life and some how we always assume its going to be this happy, upbeat positive situation and when its not we are just dumb founded and tend to think everything that appears to be bad, and negative may not be it may just be God giving you guidance that staying in the same place is no longer an option even where it was before.
