A lot of people love helping others but do feel worthy enough to receive help themselves. God wants you to have the support that you need. You're worth helping. 

There are those of us who suffer a great deal internally, but we seem to be able to perform well despite how we feel. The concern is how long can we continue to perform so high dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, and emotional trouble? Let's not allow our pain to catch up with us on the next level.

When's the last time you were honest with Jesus? When's the last time you were honest with yourself? Many of us have been lying about how we feel to other people for so long that we forgot how much pain we were really in. If you want freedom you have to tell Jesus how you really are and how you really feel.

In this series, we discuss something that seems to be taboo in church...pain. We pretend, with our Christian smiles, that everything is ok when in reality God knows that we're struggling and the person that we're hurting ourselves even more by pretending. Let's have an honest talk.

Sometimes we can't hear God's voice clearly because our pain is speaking too loudly. If you don't properly deal with pain, pain will deal with you.
