    In part 2 of the 'Navigating Student Life' series, and the final episode of of the podcast for this semester, we are joined by Fiona Doherty, Andrew Lyons and Aisling Darcy who are all Public Health and Health Promotion students here in IT Sligo, Anne Rooney, Student Counsellor IT Sligo and Katie Gilmartin, Assistant Psychologist IT Sligo. This episode is the first to include the voice of students directly as the group speaks to us about Connect Cafe and the importance of connection. Anne and Katie also highlight some useful self-care techniques and socialising safely tips as we see COVID-19 restrictions lifting.

    Connect Cafe is a Mental Health Ireland initiative which aimes to open up conversations about how we connect, strengthening the connection with ourselves, with others and with our community.
