We also learn about how our strengths can easily become our weaknesses over time if we are not intentional about how we exercise them in a team.

Cassie Carstens has trained leaders from more than 150 nations, he currently mentors Christian and secular leaders around the globe. He believes that part of his calling is to train transformational leaders in all spheres of society.

Cassie Carstens challenges us to go beyond simply teaching what Jesus said and follow His example of leadership. He also reminds us that as the 'salt and light' of this world, our leadership should transform the very fabric of our society.
