Understanding PCOS and How to Manage it with Tallene Hacatoryan Her Life By Design

    • Business

When I was thinking about season 3 of Her Life By Design, I knew I wanted to invite a wider variety of guests and experts to help and inspire you to design your life both personally and professionally. This is why I’m so excited to have Tallene Hacatoryan on today’s episode.   Tallene is a registered dietitian who was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) at 18. Disheartened by the solutions provided to her, she set out on a mission to confront the underlying issues of PCOS. After studying nutritional science, speaking to countless experts, and working with her husband, Ciroc (a PCOS-focused personal trainer), she developed a program, social media presence, and podcast that has helped thousands of women manage their PCOS symptoms.

In our conversation, Tallene shares the reasons behind turning her knowledge into her business. We also discuss the health consequences of leaving PCOS untreated, how diet and exercise can help you manage PCOS, and if intermittent fasting is beneficial to people with PCOS. If you've been recently diagnosed with PCOS, or you've had PCOS for a while and you're finally wanting to face these symptoms head-on and heal the underlying cause, this episode is for you.
