In this episode I talk with new friend Joshua Church from Edge Theory Labs, makers of awesome cold plunge tubs.  We got together  to discuss breathing, cold exposure, community and what Edge Theory Labs mission is.  

Joshua went down this road of Cold Therapy as a personal mission to heal himself and has come out with a passion to help his community and the world around him and at large.  Joshua's authenticity and desire to grow and always be improving is inspiring.
