    In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week UK (18th - 24th May) - we speak to Clinical Psychologist Dr Liz Challis, who has worked in NHS mental health services for over 10 years. She currently works within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Unit at the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

    In this episode we talk about what mental health and wellness means, dispel misconceptions around mental illness, and how the church can engage more in mental health awareness raising.

    For Christian Aid week (10th - 16th May) I speak to Christian Aid's Head of Media and PR (now Head of Community Fundraising and Public Engagement), Chine McDonald.  With a successful career in Media, Chine writes and speaks on a variety of issues including gender, race, body image and millennial Christianity, including writing the acclaimed book ‘Am I Beautiful?’ – which excellently explores the theme of body image among women in society, identity, and what the Bible says about real beauty. In this episode we talk about how her faith drives her passion for justice, and why the Gospel is good news for all, regardless of who you are.
