Tesla shareholders approve Elon's pay package and incorporation move to TX
Tesla shareholders appear to have signed off on a 44.9 billion dollar pay package for CEO Elon Musk, as well as moving the company's state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas.
This comes after a judge in Delaware invalidated Musk's compensation, calling it unfathomable.
