then spend next 10 plus years living off .. of social security and your retirement accounts.

I'm Kushan Perera.... I migrated to the US four years ago and I had ...zero assets in my balance sheet.....you heard that righ ZERO...

but I was able to grow that to 7 digits as of today....

I had and have an accent.... sometimes people do not understand me when I communicate with them...

.and  I didn’t know the rules and regulations of the US system....

I was new to the culture.....

Basically, I knew nothing ....and had nothing.....
