If You Love Somebody, Tell Them with Heather Letarte True for You

    • Medycyna alternatywna

In today's episode, I interview my dear friend and owner of White Gates Farm, Heather Letarte, who is co-leading the spring Heart Retreat on the 2024 Let Your Soul Shine and Enjoy the Journey tour series founded by Kate Lemay. Heather shares her beautiful wisdom about retreating and how making space to "be in quiet" for a few minutes a day has helped lead her closer to her true self.

Heather is a mother of four and grandmother of nine. She and her husband of 41 years (Hank) have operated several businesses over the years, most recently a farm that raises pork, beef and chicken, cut flowers, and some vegetables. Together they also host families and groups on their farm in 7 airbnb cottages, and also have a wood-fired pizza oven from which they bring deliciousness to folks who come to listen to live music and enjoy sunsets on the weekends. Heather is a proponent of love and her eight year old self coined the phrase “If you love somebody, tell them”. She still feels the same way. Hobbies are theater, singing, poetry, and being mindfully and heartfully aware of people’s needs.
