    📡 Tuning into an energetic weather report is like getting insider information. It gives a little heads up about what’s going on all around and enables the most informed choice to be made.
    Energetic weather reports can come in many different modalities.
    👂It can be a simple nudge or inkling to call a friend, go to the store now, jump on that offer.
    📺 Or it can be actively sought after like turning on the TV for the regular weather.

    Empaths easily absorb all the feelings around them and take them on as their own. That can lead to emotional overwhelm and a loss of self.
    Once that spiral starts, it’s challenging to take authentic action. The urgency, the feelings, the thoughts, are all jumbled together and it’s all too easy to fall into a simple parroting of the stronger energy. (That would be a worst-case scenario.)
    Or at other times it's too painful to stay present in the conversation when trying to run everyone else’s energy (emotions and thoughts) as if it belonged to them. Then a shutdown can happen.
    Here’s how to create a safe space to have those difficult conversations:
    Ground - just like an electrical outlet. Being grounded means the energy is sent to the earth where it will be recycled into something of beauty. Rather than rattle around inside you, wreaking havoc.One way (but not the only way) to ground is to imagine roots from your feet into the earth.
    2.Good Energetic Hygiene - it’s not about you at this moment. When you’re holding space, your ego steps aside, and you bear witness. It’s not finding the common matching energetic memories of “me toos”. It’s simply being there, listening.

    ✅ Take Notes - Open up that phone and jot down key take-aways.
    This system can bring peace to a chaotic situation and save a ton of wasted time going down the wrong path.

    Usually, there’s a bigger story behind the feelings that are clashing with the head. The feelings hold helpful information that the head often doesn’t want to make time to listen to. The tricky part is when decisions need to be made and there is no time for a game of back and forth.
    🤦‍♀️ Here is what I share with my clients to help them navigate these hair-pulling moments. Think of it as a feather in your CAP 🧢
    🏠 Create a safe space to chew on it.
    This doesn’t need a ton of time. But it does require the opportunity to step back from external pressures. And to release other’s opinions.
    👼 Ask for guidance.
    Move into an objective state and utilize a sacred practice or tool to open a dialogue. Essentially, to have a deeper conversation.
    📡 Pay attention to the signals the body sends.
    The body is a fantastic communicator, sending signals on the energy around and within us.
    Using this system, patterns will be revealed and the clash between the heart and head can be eased.

    🔌 When was the last time you unplugged? And not just from electronics.
    During the day it’s so easy to pick up on everyone else’s emotions and thoughts. Then it just ends up polluting head space and causing difficulty in the evening.
    🌪 Where is your space holding the dirt?
    It is vitally important for me to clear the energy in my room and bed, just as important as washing the sheets on a timely basis. Otherwise, as soon as my head hits the pillow, all those wild thoughts and worries from the previous night start to dance in my head.
    🤷‍♀️ Who’s waking you up in the middle of the night?
    Sleep is a time for healing. And sometimes it’s not just healing for yourself or figuring out your problems. Others that you care for, who’ve been rattling around in the subconscious, can pop during dreamtime and cause wake-ups.
