Myriam Hadnes is a facilitator, coach and the host of the workshops work (workshops.work) podcast. Check out her entire catalogue of past episodes in this incredible Map. 

As a facilitator, she applies her academic background in Behavioural Economics (PhD) and Sociology to the design and facilitation of collaborative processes. Her methods are based on scientific insights on human behaviour that help groups to achieve better results from (online collaboration). 

Her recent passion project is the "Never Done Before" (www.neverdonebefore.org) Facilitation Festival, a collaborative project with the ambition to shape new trends of facilitation. 

Myriam and Bastian talk about the format of podcasts as a tool to facilitate learning in asynchronous ways, how the training as a social scientist influences the practice as a process facilitator and how the skills of a facilitator can or could benefit a social scientist.
