I started listening to this podcast because I am both a financial advisor and a member of Triad. However, I now have been recommending it to people that are in neither of those groups. Brad interviews such fantastic people that have nuggets of gold to share that will help in any industry (as well as for personal growth outside of business). Cherry on top is that the conversations are extremely captivating and Brad does a fantastic job as an interviewer. He is able to at the same time get out of the way so the guest can share his or her thoughts and stories but then to also ask questions that help dig deeper and reframe what the guest has said to make sure the impact is truly understood. Once I started listening I have been keeping current and also devouring past episodes. Keep up the fantastic content, us listeners truly appreciate it!
