Luck Vs Hard Work: Debunking 3 Myths of Luck

Luck Vs Hard Work: Debunking 3 Myths of Luck

In this episode of the Dream Big Podcast, hosts Sophia Karpman and Olga Karpman explore the topic of luck vs hard work and debunk common myths about luck. They show how hard work can make a big difference in achieving your dreams, not just pure luck.
Sophia shares some fun jokes and stories, including a magical story about a leprechaun and a joke about a lucky duck. They discuss how luck is not the only factor that determines our success or happiness, but working hard and making smart choices can also help us achieve our goals and lead a fulfilling life. To illustrate how hard work can overcome the myth of luck, Sophia uses examples of successful people like Serena Williams and Kobe Bryant, who we had the privilege to interview on the Dream Big Podcast:
DB 103: Kobe Bryant, Lakers Legend, On Curiosity, Teamwork, And His Big Dream For The Future!
So, big dreamers, remember that while luck can sometimes give us an extra boost, it's ultimately our hard work, smart choices, and perseverance that determine our success. Don't get discouraged by setbacks or envy others who seem to have more luck - focus on your own goals and put in the work to achieve them. And who knows, maybe a little bit of luck will come your way too!
So, listen to this episode and don't forget that you have the power to make your own luck!
    Love and Dream Big!

Are We There Yet? Navigating the Path to Success

Big dreamers, have you ever heard the phrase "Are we there yet?" on your family road trips?
Now, we know that feeling. You're in the car, and you're excited to get to your destination - maybe it's a fun theme park or a beautiful beach. But sometimes, the journey to get there can feel like it's taking FOREVER, right?
Well, in this week’s episode of the Dream Big Podcast, https://dreambigpodcast.com/346
Sophia and Olga Karpman took that analogy to a whole new level and uncovered how your ordinary road trip can teach you one of the most important lessons to get to your goals with more joy, laughter, and fun.
Today's conversation was all about enjoying the journey towards achieving our dreams and goals. And you know what? Even setbacks and challenges along the way can't stop us from pursuing our dreams. Unless, of course, the setback is running out of ice cream in the freezer. That's a real tragedy.
But jokes aside, Sophia shared her personal story about how she's dealing with unexpected detours and roadblocks on her path to success. She's not getting frustrated; she's appreciating the progress she makes along the way. And boy, do we need more people like her in the world.
And here's the best part: Sophia has announced a 30-day challenge on
    Tik-Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dreambigpodcast
    YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@dreambig.podcast
She'll be posting content every day, including her favorite jokes and poems. If you want to be a part of the action, follow our new channels and leave a comment.
You'll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win Amazon gift cards, a spot in the Dream Big Academy, and other cool gifts. Just don't blame us if you end up laughing so hard that you spill your coffee all over your keyboard. Cheers to chasing dreams with a smile!

Excellent show for the entire family

My two older kids ( 5 and 4 ) love the Dream Big Podcast and Sophia’s funny poems. Sometimes they even memorise it and it is so cute to hear them recite it at the playground. It is a very clever way to teach kids about positive mindset. We love it.

Great to listen to with the entire family.

It is a superb show! Each new episode makes me and the kids want to tune to it more. Sophia’s solo episodes are amazing! How at 7 years old she can have such a presence?! 😳 And Eva’s guests are the most interesting people. Kobe Bryant and Marc Cuban are my favs so far . Eva is such a good interviewer. I can't believe she was only 7 when she started! I just love what you do and will share it with friends and at our school too! Keep it going. I love it.
