Frustrated by the lack of stylish clothing for women over 45, Janice (a Baby Boomer) and her co-founder Rachel Stevens (a millennial) teamed up and launched VNV on 2/2/22, and the platform is soaring.

Janice is a proven technology executive and entrepreneur, with a strong track record for driving business development, marketing and sales efforts from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

She mentors entrepreneurial students at Harvard University and has been an Entrepreneurial Fellow for Boston University’s Entrepreneurial program, where she mentors students at all stages of developing a company.
