Customer Reviews
Fantastic.
I have learned a lot of things about the Bible from listening to Dr. Clint Burnett. He knows what he is talking about and it is very informative. Everyone should try and listen.
Academic yet Relatable
Dr. Clint Burnett does a fantastic job synthesizing the vast amount of opinions surrounding the Nazareth inscription. He clearly lays out the different reconstructions of how the inscription came into being, the initial location of the inscription and its dating and evaluates the validity of each of the purposals. Perhaps the most refreshing part of his podcast is his attention to detail and lack of an agenda. His primary desire is to give his listeners the most comprehensive, honest view of the various inscriptions and does not feel the need to ‘prove’ the accuracy of Christianity through epigraphy since “we walk by faith and not by sight”.
Interesting Bible-related Podcast
It takes a special gift to make ancient inscriptions interesting, and Clint Burnett has it. As someone interested in all things related to the Bible and ignorant about ancient inscriptions, this podcast is insightful and engaging. I'm looking forward to future episodes.
