But in today’s distracted, fast-paced and digital world, it’s easy for individuals and organizations to act more like thermometers, slipping into reactionary thinking, becoming scattered and inconsistent. Temperature setting for your heart and mind

I love the movement Jason Barger has created with his Thermostat culture approach. Hearing how thought leaders from around the world are leading with their minds and hearts—and shifting cultures within their corporations and communities has been incredible. This podcast leaves me feeling smarter, more connected, and energized to do good.

The Mr. Miyagi of Strategic Thinking

It is difficult to frame ever-changing, complex systems and cultures, let alone process how we, as individuals and organizations, fit into them. Jason is next level (the Mr. Miyagi to the listener as Daniel LaRusso) at explaining how to think about the world and the cultures that exist while providing easy to digest tools and playbooks to make change a reality and dare to explore what positive change you can impart on humanity. Keep doin what you do best Jason, I’ll be listening!!
