孔子说：一位求职者的君子，他心中思念住在有仁德的处所。而小人所想的，却是处所的田地财产，有什么利益。而实际上，君子对于自己的行为，时常惦记着着如何实行，才能合乎乎圣贤的典型。而小人做事却只想到自己有没有受到恩惠，利益。
