On this episode I get very bare with sharing what I was dealing with when it came to sadness, I'm happy to say I'm out of the slump and in better spirits but the work continues, the self-love and self respect have to stay up in order to vibrate at my highest I feel, I'm human but God is not and thats who's orchestrating this all,  I am forever grateful and beyond thankful truly

I open up about my thoughts around consistency and give encouragement to those who are getting on the consistency train as well. But remember to give yourself wiggle room and grace. Get in YOUR Own flow of things, it works best when you make your flow work for YOU.
