Nishchal is a serial entrepreneur, a self-taught marketer, and a remote work evangelist. 
A little about his first start-up - The Remote Life was a community of individuals who were interested in building a location-independent lifestyle for themselves. They had also started a virtual conference called Remote Work Summit which grew to become the world's largest virtual conference for remote work. They attracted over 12,000 audiences and 200 influencers, speakers, and mentors.

Key metrics an organization should keep in mind when curating such wholesome culture:
Leaders should focus on building a common sense of identity among the members, and on increasing community engagement. Building a community with predetermined metrics is not possible.
Key strategies to keep the remote workforce on the same frequency:
Radical transparency is the key. Here is how one can achieve it:

1) Correct communication: Whenever you are in doubt, try and communicate as much as you can. Use emojis and expressions wherever possible to make it more like a request. 
2) Celebrate wins: Make a habit of sharing every organizational win with the team. It boosts remote teams' morale and will make them feel more involved with what the company is doing.
