Steve interviews Aaron Schatz (00:15:00) formerly of Football Outsiders and currently with FTN Fantasy. Aaron joins us to go over each of the controversial decisions made by the Detroit Lions during the second half of the NFC Championship Game. Aaron gives his view on each decision and tries to clarify the analytics that may have helped make those decisions. Aaron also takes an early look at the Super Bowl and explains who his numbers favor and why,

Also, Lane Hutson debuts (00:56:57) fresh off of winning a gold metal at the U20 World Junior Championship in Sweden. Lane joins us to talk about growing up in Illinois in a hockey family, playing up 2-3 years during his minor hockey days, and moving on the the USA Hockey National Team Development Program. Lane also talks about his time at Boston University, making the Frozen Four, and his dream of becoming an NHL player.

Steve starts the show with First Things First and quickly gives his updated thoughts on the NFL Playoffs, Serie A, and the Buffalo Sabres. The book club is already three deep in 2024 and books haven't started coming out yet. The show ends with one last thing and Steve remembering and paying tribute to Yale's greatest fan, Stu Cohen.
