Are Food Labels Misleading‪?‬ Life With Danni Duncan

There are SO many things to look at on the back of any packaged foods, how do you know which ones to pay attention to? What is actually ‘good’ or ‘bad’? Are ‘Low Sugar’ and ‘Low Fat’ choices better for you?

You know that I’d always prefer you to be eating whole foods that don’t come from a packet but sometimes there are things (and days) that call for a packet. 

So this week I’m going to be talking to you about reading labels and how you can make sure you don’t just get pulled in by marketing on the box, you actually UNDERSTAND whether something is going to help you and your health goals and know what you should be looking out for in future.
