So every night, when your day is ending, even when you’re in pain, remember that somewhere, others are facing the longest night of their lives. When someone is struggling to survive their harshest night, hopelessness can so easily take a hold. Don’t get me wrong. Unfriending and blocking are fine for pretty much a reason. If someone is being rude, disrespectful, and harassing you. But it is never okay to use these ‘forms of self-care ‘ to run away from commitment and confrontation.
