I reflect on the current COVID situation, second round of layoffs and the Black Lives Matter movement in the wake of George Floyd's Death. I use this moment to find gratitude in some things that are going well inspite of everything else going horribly wrong.

I interviewed my friend Dan about the COVID-19 pandemic. We talked about some major issues such as privacy issues arising from contact tracing, testing infrastructure, effect on peoples lives and ending the lockdown.

I call my friend Brad on the phone and we talk about lockdown and privacy concerns around tracking people who are infected with the virus.

In this episode I attempt to explain why I am starting to podcast. Meanwhile my wife does actual meaningful work by sewing masks for everyone.
