Do you ever just feel like you have the right idea in your head, but your body just does not want to cooperate!? Well, that is where the whole idea of the Mind-Body connection comes in handy to understand. You want to allow yourself to build that connection/relationship between your thoughts and your actions. We tend to focus so much on building our bodies to become stronger, but we neglect to think about progress in the strength of our minds. It is almost like thinking about a computer, no matter how great the hardware is, if the software is outdated the computer will not improve in its functioning.
