i absolutely love listening to this podcast, currently trying to gain weight because my maintenance were rlly low, these episodes help me so much staying motivated i can say that since i began hearing this i have such a better relationship with food. there are good and bad days off but been rlly good recently.
btw u guys should create wallpapers for pc and phone with your iconic phrases, would be rlly cool.
anyways keep doing these, I’m obsessed. its great to see people who were in your position and are fully recovered.
